Strength & Conditioning Program - January 11th - March 25th (24 sessions)
We will be training in Appleton West's weight room. Go to the Emanuel Gym door entrance
at the front of the school on Badger Avenue. Go through the doors and straight down
the hallway filled with Appleton West athletics photos and plaques until you see the stair case
on the left. This leads up to the weight room.

It isn't too late to sign up! We are willing to pro-rate all new participants.

Strength & Conditioning Schedule
12s, 13s, and 14-2s
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

15-1s, 16s, and 17s
Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

14-1s and 15-2s
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

We have a few options concerning the scheduling conflict on Wednesday nights:
Wednesday 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
